In the 15th, the same flat may host an exhibitor in town for a trade fair at Porte de Versailles from Monday to Thursday, then a family who comes to enjoy the parks at the weekend. Between two stays, the home has to look exactly like the photos in the listing again, often within a few hours.

A visit timed around check-out and check-in
We plan every clean from two times: when the guest hands back the keys and when the next one arrives. A trade fair visitor leaving late in the morning and a family arriving by train in the early evening leave a comfortable window. Two stays back to back need a team ready at the right moment.
- Floors, kitchen, bathroom and surfaces thoroughly cleaned
- Sheets and towels replaced, beds remade
- Crockery checked, fridge cleared of leftovers
- Bins taken down to the building’s bin room, following its sorting rules
- A photo set of the finished flat, shared with the owner
Towers and older buildings: every address has its own constraints
A flat in a Front de Seine tower is not prepared like a one-bedroom on the fourth floor of a building on rue du Commerce. In the towers, there is the access badge, the shared lift, the bin room and sometimes the caretaker’s desk. In the older buildings of Grenelle, Vaugirard or Convention, the staircase, the lack of a lift or a courtyard to cross change how long the visit takes. We record these details once in the property sheet, so that every visit starts from the same instructions.
The last check before closing the door
Before leaving, the team checks what the guest will need on arrival: hot water, heating, light bulbs, wifi, hob, the lock or the key safe. If something does not work, you hear about it and it goes to our maintenance service.
Each clean is coordinated with our linen hire and with guest check-in and check-out. Do you own a flat in the Beaugrenelle towers? See our Beaugrenelle and Front de Seine page.
Frequently asked questions
Who pays the cleaning fee?
As a rule, the guest: on Airbnb as on Booking, a cleaning charge can be added to the nightly rate. We suggest an amount when the listing is created.
Does a two-night trade fair stay get the same clean?
Yes. Two nights or seven, the preparation does not change: a full clean, fresh sheets and towels, and each appliance checked.
What do you do when the building has no lift?
We allow for it in the schedule: linen and equipment are carried up by hand, which makes the visit longer. It is recorded in the property sheet from the start.
What if something is broken?
You receive photos of the damage within the day. For the claim to the platform and how it is followed up, see our page on damage.
